my {other} works

03/14/2011

Things have been quiet over at PaperCutWorks lately, so I used last week while in between jobs hunched over all my jewelry supplies spread across our giant dining room table & worked on some new designs. I also had to restock from my sold-out December shows – May begins craft & art show season!

I created some new chandelier prism designs, and finally used up my vintage pen nibs for simple | almost-masculine necklaces. They are my current favorites – wore one all weekend!

Also found a new use for my vintage sheet music and map scraps from cartography cutouts. I turned them into small circles to use as locket inserts for a new collection of brass necklaces. Each vintage locket is also adorned with hand-wired Czech glass beads, cruelty-free feathers or vintage lace.

All these new pretties will be added to my baltica shop this week!

Your brass necklace product is a lovely marriage of materials.
The “tiniest heart” locket necklace in your Baltica store front is also a very nice product!
