Our home featured on Etsy’s “Get The Look”!

Etsy’s blog writer Christine featured our home in her “Get The Look” series this week! She selected her favorite images from my flickr album & collaged them beautifully. I love that Christine happened to pick my very favorite & most meaningful pieces around the house: the mobile I made from red origami cranes my dear friend Joyce made for my 30th birthday; the black silhouettes I cut as a gift for James for our anniversary; the vintage oval mirror and mustard chair our friends Cait & Ridley gifted to us; the bicycle spokes ink drawing I created for James the first time we celebrated his birthday together; my favorite etsy artists on the wall … & more.  I only regret that Madeline, the newest member of our family didn’t make it in (-:

So – here she is!

It was fun to work on the answers to her questions & reflect on James’ and mine decorating adventures since our move into our current home 2.5 years ago. You can read the whole article here!

Ania, your home is beautiful! So thoughtfully put together…every nook and cranny looks special and interesting. And thanks so much for the mention in the article! I am curious if you have a booth at the EtsyRain Holiday show this weekend? I am headed over there this afternoon to browse and would like to place an order with you. If I don’t find you I’ll do it online 🙂

Bonnie – Thank you! I’m not participating in that show – my next one is the Punk Rock Flea Market on 12/10. What shows are you doing this year?

Two shows to share with you 🙂 This Saturday, Southpark Art Under $100 in Seattle’s Southpark neighborhood. I sent you a FB invite.

Also I wanted to give you a link to a gallery show that I’ve a collection of lace hankie prints in: Soft Focus @ Columbia City Gallery. I think you would like it. The other two artists work with photography and fabric. Very pretty work.

Look out for an order from me tomorrow!

Bonnie – Sadly, I’m working this Saturday, but I’ll be sure to visit the gallery. One of my favorite restaurants is in that neighborhood! When you place an order, be sure to use coupon code COMEBACK. Thank you!
